Our store does not accept returns. Please ensure the product meets your needs before purchasing.
Exchange Conditions
If any issues arise with the purchased product within 7 days from the date of purchase, you may contact us to request an exchange. Please follow these steps:

- Provide Product Photos: Send clear photos of the problematic product.
- Retain All Packaging: Keep all packaging materials, including the original packaging, receipts, and any related gifts.
- Product Condition Verification: We will check if the product qualifies for an exchange.
- Arrange Product Retrieval: If the product qualifies, we will arrange for its retrieval. If we cannot retrieve the product within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the exchange.
Situations Where Returns or Exchanges Are Refused
We will refuse returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- Due to Subjective Reasons: Requests for returns or exchanges based on personal preferences, color, size, or other subjective factors.
- Non-compliant Product Condition: If the product has been used, is damaged, or lacks the original tags and packaging, it will not qualify for an exchange.
- Discounted Items: All items purchased on sale or through promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Personal Care Products: For hygiene reasons, any personal care products (such as cosmetics, hygiene products, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Cancellation for Personal Reasons
If the order is canceled for personal reasons, a fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged.
Once the goods have been shipped, we will not accept order cancellations.
